ADISA Announces New Board Members for 2015

Alternative and Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA), formerly known as REISA, has announced the new directors elected to its board for 2015. ADISA’s elections take place in the fall and each director will serve a two-year term through 2016.

Chosen by a vote of ADISA’s members, the newly elected board members for 2015 include:

• Catherine Bowman, The Bowman Law Firm

• Austin Dutton, Newbridge Securities

• John Grady, RCS Capital Corporation/National Fund Advisers

• Peter Magnuson, Securities America

• Cory Neumiller, Capital Financial Services

The new board members will join the present board members, who were elected in 2014 for two-year terms. The members include:

• Tom Voekler, 2015 ADISA President, Kaplan Voekler Cunningham & Frank

• Mark Kosanke, ADISA’s Immediate Past President, Concorde Investment Services

• Fred Baerenz, AOG Wealth Management

• Barbara Halper, FactRight

• Keith Lampi, Inland Private Capital Corporation

• Derek Peterson, Walton International

• Brad Updike, Mick & Associates

• Todd Van Pelt, Cambridge Investment Research

• Darryl Steinhause, ADISA General Counsel, DLA Piper

Founded in 2003, ADISA has over 4,000 members who represent over 30,000 professionals throughout the nation. It is a leading trade association that serves professionals in the alternative investment and securities industry and those who are active in offering, managing, and distributing both private and public direct investments. ADISA connects members to industry experts by hosting forums, conferences, and trade shows addressing trends and providing education.
