Carter Validus Appoints Jon Sajeski as VP of Healthcare Acquisitions

Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II Inc., a publicly registered non-traded real estate investment trust, appointed Jon Sajeski as vice president of healthcare acquisitions. In this role, Sajeski will focus on growing the REIT’s portfolio of U.S healthcare properties.

“Jon brings a wealth of healthcare industry knowledge, relationships, and experience to Carter Validus. As we continue to expand our portfolio of high-quality data center and healthcare assets, we believe Jon will bring tremendous value to our healthcare real estate investment strategy,” said Michael Seton, co-chief executive officer of Carter Validus.

Sajeski has more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare real estate industry. He was employed by Rendina Healthcare Real Estate where he served as a vice president of acquisitions and leasing. Prior to that, he held the role of vice president of business development and leasing at Rendina. Sajeski holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Florida State University.

Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II focuses on acquiring data center and healthcare assets. According to the January Stanger Market Pulse, the REIT has raised $507.3 million since its inception in May 2014.
