CNL Healthcare Properties II Appoints Tracey Bracco as General Counsel and Secretary

CNL Healthcare Properties II Inc., a publicly registered non-traded real estate investment trust, appointed Tracey Bracco to serve as general counsel and secretary. In connection with her appointment, Holly Greer, chief operating officer and chief legal officer for CNL Financial Group, who has served as the general counsel, senior vice president and secretary since January 2016, resigned from her general counsel and secretary positions, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Bracco served as vice president of the REIT since January 2016 and was previously assistant general counsel and assistant secretary. She has also served as vice president of CHP II Advisors, the REIT’s advisor, since its inception on July 9, 2015.

Bracco has held a number of positions at CNL Financial Group and its sponsored REITs since 2013. She served as deputy general counsel, real estate of CNL Financial Group Investment Management, and previously was assistant general counsel, overseeing non-traded real estate investment trusts, as well as supervising the acquisition and asset management functions relating to fund management for CNL.

Prior to joining CNL, Bracco spent six years in private legal practice, primarily at the law firm of Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A., in Orlando, Florida. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel. She received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida and her juris doctorate from Boston University School of Law.

CNL Healthcare Properties II commenced its $1.75 billion initial public offering in March 2016 and broke escrow in July. The company intends to focus on investing in senior housing, medical office, acute care and post-acute care properties.
