Exec from CNL to Speak at Mountain Tourism Conference

Steve Rice, Senior Managing Director at CNL Financial Group (CNL) will speak at an upcoming conference for mountain tourism.

On January 28th, The ASSEMBLY will host its annual mountain tourism conference providing representatives from mountain resorts and associations a forum to discuss the current state and future of the industry.

CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc., a non-traded REIT managed by CNL, owns 24 mountain and ski properties.

Rice will discuss issues driving change at resorts like technology, demographics of tourists, supply, and the value in authenticity.

“I am honored to be invited to speak at this conference and share my thoughts on the future of the mountain resort industry,” Rice said. “I also look forward to hearing from other ski and mountain experts and getting their perspectives on the challenges and trends that continue to shape our industry.”
