Former Cole Capital VP Joins Phoenix American Financial Services

Phoenix American Financial Services, a provider of transfer agent services for alternative investments, hired Zane Doyle as vice president, chief strategy officer for business development, where he will analyze and develop client support strategies and coordinate the company’s sales and marketing efforts.

Doyle previously worked at the firm from 2005 to 2008 as director of investor services before spending eight years as the vice president of client services at Cole Capital. Most recently, he served as the executive vice president, head of operations for Everest Medical Core Properties before rejoining the Phoenix American team.

Doyle brings more than 14 years of experience in alternative investment fund operations to the company and has serviced investors, reps and strategic partners on both the service provider and sponsor sides of the business. As VP of client services at Cole Capital, he was part of the team that took their non-traded REIT public.

Phoenix American Financial Services provides back office outsourcing, fund accounting and transfer agent services as well as sales and marketing reporting services to fund companies in the alternative investment industry. The company is a subsidiary of Phoenix American Incorporated, which was founded in 1972 and is headquartered in San Rafael, California.
