Former RCS Alumni Join First Capital Sales Team
First Capital Real Estate Investments LLC, an investment firm and sponsor of direct investment products, hired Robert Burke as executive vice president of sales and Miguel Aguilar as regional vice president of sales for the Midwest region.
Burke, who will be responsible for overseeing sales nationwide, has more than 13 years of experience within the financial services industry across product development, product management, wholesale distribution, investment banking and financial planning.
Burke previously served as the executive vice president of platform management at Realty Capital Securities, where he led the product management and strategic sales efforts of 16 non-traded offerings and oversaw 12 product managers. Prior to that role, he was a senior product manager at RCS where he led the strategic sales efforts of more than $4 billion in capital raised. Burke holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.

In his new role as regional vice president of sales, Aguilar will be responsible for driving sales in the Midwest region. Before joining First Capital, he served as a national product manager at Realty Capital Securities, and was previously an assistant vice president at the firm. Aguilar, who holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, has also served as senior internal wholesaler at Thompson National Properties and internal sales team lead at Strategic Storage Holdings.
“Miguel’s experiences make him a strong addition to our distribution team covering the Northern California and PacWest Territory,” said Hilario.
