Hartman XX to Buy San Antonio Office Tower for $20 Million

Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX Inc., a Houston-based real estate investment trust, entered into an agreement to purchase One Technology Center in San Antonio, Texas from KW Funds One-Technology LLC for $20 million, exclusive of closing costs. 

One Technology Center is a 14-story, 198,348-square-foot office building that includes a two-level structured garage as well as surface parking. The property is located in the Northwest submarket adjacent to the South Texas Medical Center, Veteran’s Hospital and the University of Texas Health Science Center.

The company intends to finance the acquisition of One Technology Center with proceeds from its ongoing public offering and financing secured by the property.

Last week, the DI Wire reported that Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX acquired Skymark Tower, an eight story office building in Arlington, Texas, for $8.8 million.

Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX Inc. is a Texas-centric real estate investment trust that seeks to acquire undervalued properties for its value-add investment strategy. The REIT owns 13 properties in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, Houston, and San Antonio.
