Non-Traded REIT Leases Over 120,000 Square Feet of Class-A Office Space

Greenberg Traurig LLP and Jacobs Levy Equity Management are among the tenants at Park Avenue at Morris County in New Jersey that have recently signed 124,715 square feet in leases with KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II (KBS REIT II).

The REIT has upgraded and added amenities at the six-building office park including a new fitness center with items like an aerobic studio and cross fit station. The park also provides a fleet of private shuttles that transport commuter tenants to and from the Madison New Jersey Transit Rail Station.

“As we roll out new amenities at the park, we have experienced a considerable amount of leasing activity. The first phase of our amenity program is now completed and we look forward to providing additional amenities and services in the near future,” said Shannon W. Hill, KBS senior VP/Market Leader in a statement.

KBS REIT II also provides tenants with a mobile app that allows for coordination across park amenities, which also include a conference center, upgraded dining facility, and electric car charging stations.

“We believe the park’s above standard amenities and services contributes to distinguishing Park Avenue at Morris County among its Class-A office property peers in this marketplace,” added Hill. “We consider our commitment to tenant services a deciding factor in these companies’ choice of Park Avenue at Morris County.”
