Provasi Capital Partners Names Shea Gordon as Chief Operations Officer

Provasi Capital Partners LP has hired Shea Gordon to serve as the company’s chief operations officer where he will be responsible for developing and implementing a variety of strategic plans related to the company’s financial performance, sales goals and growth, and operational efficiency. He will report to CEO and president, Frank Muller.

“Shea brings a strong track record of success and is immensely qualified to lead our operational and strategic initiatives,” said Muller. “He has a unique perspective as to the needs of both the partners on our distribution platform and the objectives and goals of financial advisors and their clients. We believe his insight, energy and perspective will help us innovate beyond even our current goals and vision.”

With 20 years of securities industry expertise, Gordon most recently served as senior vice president, sales operations at Franklin Square Capital Partners, now FS Investments, where he was responsible for hiring, managing and supervising members of four different sales and operations teams.

Previously, Gordon spent five years as a wholesaler in Southern California, Central California and Hawaii for Hines Real Estate Investments Inc. and Franklin Square Capital Partners. Prior to that, he spent nine years in private wealth management at Bernstein Global Wealth Management, Goldman Sachs and U.S. Trust/Bank of America Private Wealth Management.

Gordon started his career as an attorney, practicing law at Freeman, Freeman & Smiley LLP, in Los Angeles, California, and served in the enforcement division of the National Association of Securities Dealers (now FINRA). He received a bachelor of arts in economics from Vanderbilt University and a law degree from Pepperdine University.
