Triloma Adds Two Industry Veterans to Senior Leadership Team

Triloma Financial Group, a private investment management firm that specializes in alternative investments, hired Amy Gunter to serve as vice president of due diligence for Triloma Securities and Jeff Karansky as vice president and portfolio manager for Triloma Energy Advisors.

“Amy and Jeff will both bring a tremendous amount of talent and expertise to the Triloma team,” said Larry Goff, managing director and founder. “We are lucky to have them join us at a time of continued growth for our organization. There are many great things ahead for them and for us.”

Gunter, the former director of due diligence and direct investments at ProEquities Inc, has led teams in product and operations management, as well as due diligence. In her new role, she will leverage her 20 years of experience in the brokerage industry to help expand the firm’s due diligence efforts, the company said.

As vice president and portfolio manager, Jeff Karansky will lead the investment activities for Triloma Energy Advisors, including underwriting energy investment opportunities and ongoing portfolio monitoring of the funds. Karansky joins Triloma Energy Advisors from DePrince, Race & Zollo Inc., an institutional investment advisor, where he held the position of the company’s lead energy analyst.

Triloma, headquartered in Winter Park, Florida, manages and sponsors a group of private and publicly offered investment programs focused on private equity, real estate and energy investments.
