Triton Pacific Expands Distribution Team with Three New Hires

Triton Pacific Securities, the managing broker-dealer for Triton Pacific Capital Partners’ private equity offerings, hired Griffin Hoover, Nick Headley and John North to its capital markets team.

Hoover has 20 years of investment and sales experience and will serve as vice president, western markets. He joins Triton from Steadfast Capital markets where he was an internal wholesaler for the New England region. He previously served as an independent real estate consultant, and as a senior leasing manager for The Abbey Company.

Hoover received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a master’s of business administration with an emphasis in real estate and finance from the University of California, Irvine. Hoover holds FINRA series 7 and 63 licenses.

Headley joins as vice president, Pacific Northwest markets with more than 10 years of private equity and sales experience. He joins Triton from Ascendant Capital where he served as an internal wholesaler covering the Pacific Northwest and Southern California regions. He previously worked at Walton International Group as an internal wholesaler where he managed three territories, and has served as an advisor services relationship specialist at Charles Schwab.

Headley received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Virginia Tech and a master’s of business administration from Arizona State University. He holds FINRA series 7 and 63 licenses.

North serves as associate vice president and brings 20 years of wholesale distribution and investment product knowledge. North previously served as a financial advisor at Trilogy Financial Services, an investment banking representative at D.A. Davidson & Co. (formerly McGladrey Capital Markets), and as an internal wholesaler for KBS Capital Markets Group.

North received his bachelor’s degree in economics with an emphasis in business law from California State University – Northridge and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
